Serioulsy, he is a freakin' genius.  This looked really good and that totally hid the fact that there was really no plot/story other than to get them to 2007 from 1999.  But dayum, it looked awesome.  

And I have to say the actors were all likeable and the characters well played.  I just can't really think of anything else to say about it other than it was pretty.  The quest they're on seems pretty thin at this point and I am actually of the mind that there is nothing they can do to stop SkyNet taking over.  No matter what they destroy or who they try to kill, it just won't change anything.  What it will do though, is give John training.  Right now he is a typical 15 year-old and I thought the actor did a really good job portraying that.  

So his metamorphasis could be interesting to watch, and also how his relationship with his mother evolves.  I've got two more eps to watch and we'll see if it still holds up after the magic of David Nutter has worn off.
