The price is per room per night for Friday and Saturday nights with checkout on Sunday.
I have asked if the hotel will extend the same rate for the Sunday so people can check out on the Monday.
The prices have never changed and have always been what they are on the Rogue Events website.
The weekend before our event you can't book a room on-line, regarding the price for the hotel, when we compared it to other hotels we were looking at it was €10 to €30 cheaper. The weekend before that or the weekend after that is roughly the same price for the daily rate (not sure if the hotels booking pages included taxes or not).
As an example of other hotel prices for that weekend, a standard room at the near by Steigenberger hotel for the same weekend as our event costs €160.00 per room per night.
While we would like the rooms to be cheaper that is the rate we have been given after long talks and negotiations. We hope that you will stay in the convention hotel and enjoy what it is has to offer.
